Our 16-bed home provides accommodation and support to adults between 18-65 living with a learning disability, autism and/or who may display challenging behaviors
The Job role entails supporting adults in their everyday development, across all areas of life, including personal care, maintaining the home environment as well as accessing the community to fulfil hobbies and interests in addition to a whole host of social activities.
Ideal candidates will have a positive ‘can do attitude’ and have a lively personality. Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential for this role as full training will be provided. Our in house Development & Wellbeing Mentor will work alongside you to establish a bespoke development plan that will enable you to achieve all the relevant mandatory training and any additional training that may peek your interest.
We are looking to appoint dedicated support workers to work within our residential care home in Goole, East Riding.
