Role Summary
We are seeking a Follow-Up Minister to strengthen our follow-up and discipleship ministry. This key leadership role will ensure that new members, first-time visitors, and converts are spiritually nurtured, integrated into the church family, and discipled into maturity in Christ.
This position falls under the Minister of Religion category and is open only to applicants currently residing in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and grow the follow-up and discipleship team.
Preach, teach, and provide spiritual guidance in line with the doctrines and values of the church.
Establish and manage effective follow-up systems for new members and converts.
Teach, counsel, and disciple individuals in line with the vision and doctrine of Kingdom Palace Outreach.
Organise home visits, prayer meetings, and mentoring sessions to help members grow spiritually.
Work with other church leaders to integrate members into small groups and service units.
Provide reports on discipleship and follow-up activities to the Senior Pastor.
Person Specification
A committed, practising Christian with a demonstrable calling to ministry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Christian discipleship, pastoral care, and counselling.
Prior experience in church leadership or coordination of follow-up/discipleship ministries.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to serve on evenings and weekends as required.
Visa & Eligibility
This role meets the requirements of the UK Skilled Worker (Tier 2) Minister of Religion route.
Applicants must:
Be able to demonstrate a genuine calling and suitability for a Minister of Religion role.
Have relevant ministerial training and experience.
Already reside in the UK with a valid visa that permits transition to or continuation under the Minister of Religion route.
