Morgan Hunt currently requires a Estate Administrator for Housing Trust based in South West London and North London on a Temporary basis

Pay Rate : £15.46ph PAYE

Hours:35 hrs Mon to Fri – 9am and 17.00pm

Location: 4 days on site based South West London and 1 day at office in North London
Duration : 6 month on going contract

Job Role :
The candidate will spend 4 days on site, at SW8 and SW2 and then one day in the office in North London N1, most likely to be Wednesday or Thursday.
There may be the occasional opportunity to work from home however, this will be determined by business need.
We are seeking a dedicated Estate Administrator to provide essential support across two vibrant residential estates: (SW8) and (SW2).
This dynamic, fast-paced role will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service whilst maintaining the safety and upkeep of communal areas.
Based on-site and working across both locations, you'll be responsible for addressing resident enquiries promptly and professionally, handling low-level anti-social behaviour issues, coordinating emergency responses, and managing contractor visits.
Your role will be crucial in facilitating smooth estate operations through efficient administrative services, accurate data management, conducting regular estate inspections, and raising necessary repairs to maintain high standards across both sites.
Due to the dual-site nature of this position, you'll report directly to the Head of Estate Management and work closely with Estate Operations Managers at both SW8 and SW2 to enhance resident satisfaction and ensure full regulatory compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a demanding, customer-focussed environment and can manage conflicting priorities whilst maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
The successful candidate will need strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, intermediate IT proficiency, and experience working in fast-moving customer service environments
