Responsibilities
Provide technical support and training to staff and clients on various systems and applications.
Develop, implement, and maintain technical documentation including manuals, procedures, and guidelines.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation of technical systems.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with project teams to assess technical requirements and support project implementation.
Conduct system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of technical systems and software applications commonly used in the industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Proficient in documentation and report writing with an eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
