The Best Connection - Eastbourne Branch is currently recruiting for a Van Driver (Cat B) to support a well-established logistics client with daily pallet deliveries. This role offers regular hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a 3.5T van to complete multi-drop pallet deliveries.
- Using a tail lift and pump truck.
- Ensuring timely and accurate. deliveries to customers across the region.
- Completing relevant paperwork and delivery notes.
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B).
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of local and regional routes.
- Physically fit - some heavy lifting may be involved.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
