Location: Newhaven| Schedule: Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional C1 HGV Driver for one of our valued clients based in Newhaven. This is an ongoing position in which you will have to be inducted for.
Job Role Overview
As a C1 HGV Driver, you will be responsible for shunting between 2 sites in Newhaven. You'll be required to keep on track with the days schedule, so excellent time keeping and self management is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving between 2 sites in Newhaven.
- Conducting pre- and post-vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
- Use of a pump truck if required.
- Manual handling (some handball may be involved).
- Accurately completing delivery's on time.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid HGV C1 (7.5T) driving license.
- Driver CPC qualification.
- A valid Digi Tacho card. (Not essential for this role but preferred)
- The right to work in the UK.
- Access to a smartphone or device to complete our online registration process.
- A flexible and reliable approach to working hours (hours may vary depending on client requirements).
- 7.5T driving experience.
