Our client is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their dedicated team at a luxury care home for older adults. Specialising in nursing and dementia care, this beautiful, well-appointed service offers a warm and supportive environment where staff are truly valued and residents are treated with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents with a range of complex needs
  • Administer medication safely and monitor health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with care teams, GPs, and families to ensure residents' well-being
  • Maintain accurate records in line with professional and regulatory standards
  • Promote a homely, inclusive atmosphere where every resident feels heard and respected
  • Supervise and support care staff, contributing to training and team development
