Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN)


Salary: up to £55,000


40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (flexibility is essential)



Are you a compassionate leader eager to make a real difference in the lives of older adults, including those living with dementia? My client is looking for a motivated and passionate Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to join their team and help deliver exceptional care and support in a friendly and professional environment.



You will be working closely with a Home Manager who is a Registered Nurse deeply committed to providing outstanding care for older adults and individuals with dementia. His dedication and hands-on leadership style create a supportive and empowering workplace for those who share his passion for high-quality caregiving.

What We’re Looking For:



  • Active RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) license.

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager, within a nursing home setting, with a hands-on and person-centred approach.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of care standards, safeguarding procedures, and clinical compliance.



  • Experience in dementia care and a passion for improving the quality of life for older adults.

As the Deputy Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role by:

  • Coaching and developing staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to cultivate a truly collaborative care environment.
