We have an exciting part time (20 hours per week) opportunity that will play an important role in taking responsibility for the purchase ledger function, ensuring invoices are accurately processed in line with company procedures. The role will also include checking supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly/weekly basis.
The successful candidate will need a high level of accuracy whilst working with numbers, attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines. Due to the sensitive nature of this role the post holder will need to demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and understand the principles of data protection.
The post holder will be able to demonstrate excellent numerical, communication and organisational skills along with the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience within finance is desirable but not essential.
