(£42k) A Sous Chef is required for one of the Midlands (close to Solihull) most talked about boutique hotels with a stunning award-winning restaurant. You will be work under an exceptional and industry renowned Head Chef’s who has created a warm and welcoming kitchen brigade

This is the perfect opportunity for a strong CDP or Junior Sous looking for the next step in their culinary career. You will be working with Tasting Menu’s as well as A’la Carte options.

You will need to have had a stable a career – no job hopping – 1 – 2 years per role and at least worked at 2aa Rosette level.
