Situated in Leyland, Lancashire, the College is near the M6, M61 and M65 and within commuting distance of Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District.The School of Digital Technologies has a vacancy for an online Trainer to join our successful team. The successful candidate would initially be guiding, supporting and assessing adult online learners on Level 3 Software Development and Level 5 Web Application Design courses. You will be passionate about the value of adult learning and be committed to driving up standards in an area of provision where achievement rates and learner and employer satisfaction levels are already high. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and recent professional development in one or more of these areas or a related field, with the excellent organisation and time management skills needed to manage a diverse online caseload. You may also have a proven track-record as successful adult skills or bootcamp Trainer, or other comparable training experience, although we would support the right candidate in transitioning to this role. You would be joining a department offering a range of Digital Technology courses across all sections of the college, committed to working with learners to launch and develop fulfilling and successful careers in their chosen career pathways.
