This is an exciting opportunity to cover maternity leave for a Programme Manager role in the Digital Health function, within the Digital Directorate. The post holder will hold responsibility for large high-profile projects and programmes alongside leading the Digital PMO providing reporting and assurance on local and national priorities.
The post holder will be responsible for further improving & managing the Digital PMO with a central focus on best practice, deliverables management & assurance across the Digital work plan. Key responsibilities will be to ensure that the agreed priorities and programmes across the digital portfolio have the applied project management methodology in place and that the programme(s) of responsibility are delivered on time and in line with agreed resources. Any risk or issues will be escalated to the Head of Digital Programmes. The post holder will also be responsible for the continual service improvement of the Digital PMO and line management responsibilities for the PMO Assurance Manager.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
