We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team from September on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will:
- Lead and cover class teaching across the school when required.
- Direct the work of other support staff to enhance pupil learning.
- Support effective assessment and planning by monitoring, recording, and reporting on pupil progress.
- Work closely with class teachers and school leaders to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by teaching staff and leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to supporting learning.
