The role is a Maternity Cover, Part-Time role
3 days per week, 8:30am – 17:00pm, Wednesday to Friday
Salary from: depending on qualifications and experience
To start: November 2025
We have an exciting opportunity for a staff member who has significant experience of and an interest in working with Secondary pupils with social, emotional and communication needs, to work alongside our current Secondary Behaviour Lead as a Secondary Behaviour Co-Lead at Motspur Park to cover maternity leave from November 2025 for 6-12 months.
The school currently adopts a holistic nurturing approach to behaviour management and ensures that behaviour strategies are child-focused and linked to embedding long-term positive behaviour goals. Our approach to behaviour management is therapeutic in nature and includes restorative justice principles and attachment aware and trauma responsive practice.
Blossom House School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; successful applicants must be suitable to work with children and will need to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Certificate with barred list information.
