Your next move in FM starts here CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer to work across a commercial portfolio in the Basildon area covering 3 different sites, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.

Your Key Responsibilities
- PPM & reactive maintenance on electrical plant across multiple sites
- Testing and maintaining emergency lighting and fire alarms
- Servicing pumps, motors, seals, booster sets and HVAC equipment
- Working with AHUs / FCUs – filter changes, cleaning, general upkeep
- Basic plumbing tasks – unblocking toilets, checking pipework
- BMS monitoring and performance reporting
- Support general building fabric and minor mechanical duties
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and on-site protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain site standards
What You’ll Need
- C&G Level 2 or 3 Electrical Installation – Essential
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – Essential
- Proven experience in commercial maintenance (FM environments)
- Multi-skilled and confident across electrical, HVAC, and basic fabric duties
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Full UK driving licence
