• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Advising on HR policies & employment law compliance
• Supporting staff wellbeing & performance management
• Leading training and development initiatives
What We are Looking For:
• Proven HR experience (CIPD qualification preferred but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• A proactive, people-focused approach
