Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and highly organized Supportive Personal Assistant to help maintain a calm and comfortable daily environment. This role combines light housekeeping, emotional companionship, and practical support with handling letters, post, and basic administrative tasks.
This is more than just a job — it’s a trusted role for someone who values emotional connection, discretion, and practical care.
We’re looking for someone who is conscientious—attentive to detail, reliable, and committed to carrying out tasks with care and integrity.
Contract Type
Part Time
Roles and Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Home Support
Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming home environment through light daily housekeeping
Assist with laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization
Prepare simple meals or assist with meal planning and grocery shopping
Monitor household supplies and restock when needed
Emotional Support & Companionship
Provide a calm, supportive presence and friendly companionship
Offer emotional reassurance and a listening ear when needed
Help manage daily routines and provide encouragement in times of stress or low mood
Foster a positive and respectful environment based on trust and discretion
Administrative & Correspondence Support
Open, sort, and organize incoming post and letters
Assist with responding to personal correspondence and filling out forms
Manage bills, appointment reminders, and other practical admin tasks
Liaise with service providers or external contacts when required
Specific Requirements
Due to the personal nature of the support required, this role is open to female applicants only. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential, as some travel may be needed for errands, appointments, or occasional outings.
Required Training
No formal training is required for this role—what matters most is a genuine willingness to learn, a patient and caring nature, and a positive, can-do attitude. We're looking for someone who is open-minded, adaptable, and ready to grow into the role with guidance and support. Patience, empathy, and a thoughtful approach are far more important than previous experience.
