Now Hiring: Industrial Painters – Immediate Start (Central Scotland)
Location: Gartcosh, Glasgow
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £17ph PAYE
About the Role:
Apex Resources are currently recruiting experienced Industrial Painters for ongoing works across Central Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established construction services company with consistent workload and opportunities for long-term employment.
You will be working on a range of industrial and commercial projects including structural steel, tanks, bridges, and large-scale refurbishments. The work requires high attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
*Surface preparation including blasting, cleaning, sanding, and priming
*Working at height using IPAF platforms
*Complying with site safety procedures and company quality standards
*Using appropriate PPE and ensuring clean, safe work areas
Candidate Requirements:
*Valid CSCS Card
*Valid IPAF Certificate (essential for working at heights)
*Proven experience in industrial/commercial painting
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
*Own transport preferred due to site locations
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday – Standard full-time hours
*Overtime available – Weekend and evening shifts may be offered
