* Build positive and supportive relationships to inspire and motivate
* Work collaboratively within a supportive, learner-focused team
* Adapt to timetable changes and support in other curriculum areas when needed
What We're Looking For:
* A passionate educator or motor vehicle industry expert with experience or interest in teaching
* Previous experience working with SEN learners is desirable, but not essential
* Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) and End-Point Assessment (EPA) would be a bonus
* Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference
We believe in second chances, fresh starts, and the power of practical learning to transform lives. If you share that belief, we’d
love to hear from you.
