Collaborating across departments to support quality and consistency in all curriculum administration.
Playing an active part in college-wide initiatives and events.
What We’re Looking For
Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills.
A collaborative, professional attitude with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and care.
You’ll Benefit From:
A competitive salary
Up to 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), and up to 5 efficiency days at Christmas
Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme
Comprehensive CPD and in-house teacher training (where applicable)
A structured 6-month probationary period with full support
Free cake and a hot drink on your birthday
Free onsite parking and use of our on-site gym
Discounted Plumpton wine and short courses
