Whether you’re managing student records, liaising with parents, tracking attendance, or coordinating cross-college projects and events, your efforts will directly impact the success of our students and the efficiency of our academic operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work both within specific subject teams and across the college—bringing variety, collaboration, and real purpose to your role.

What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the main point of contact for course-related queries from students, staff, and parents.
Supporting academic teams by monitoring attendance, tracking student concerns, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating key administrative tasks and documentation for trips, events, and external activities.
Collaborating across departments to support quality and consistency in all curriculum administration.
Playing an active part in college-wide initiatives and events.

What We’re Looking For
Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills.
A collaborative, professional attitude with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and care.

You’ll Benefit From:

Up to 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), and up to 5 efficiency days at Christmas

Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme

Free onsite parking and use of our on-site gym

Discounted Plumpton wine and short courses
