Salary: £13.00 per hour

In a in lovely environment in Addiscombe area of Croydon. The working hours are 7.30-9am and 3.00-6.30pm Monday to Friday.
Your role will include early morning drop off in school

You role will include:

Early morning drop off in school.
Setting up activities for children to take part in.
Afternoon pickup from allocated schools and drop home or bring to center depending on rota of day.
Ensuring daily checklist, and children's learning resources are updated.
Sign children into the center, ensuring their safety at all times.
Serve children and support during meal times.
Engaging with them in aspects of play and conversation.
Meet and greet parents and provide them with feedback on their child's time at the club
End of Day Drop home.

The successful applicant will have the ability to build great rapport with children and staff to ensure a positive atmosphere. Communication is very important in this role.

The successful Breakfast Club/After School Club Assistant will have:

A Car and full drivers license
Experience working with children
Excellent teamwork skills
SEND experience (preferred)
Good listening and understanding
A good sense of humor
A kind and caring approach to all children
Reliable and flexible to cover 7.30-9am and 3.30-6pm
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and volunteers to create a positive environment for children.

This role is crucial in ensuring that children have a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience after school, helping them to develop social skills, engage in creative activities and tuition.
