Trainee Sales Advisor
A busy house builder who specialise in providing new homes predominantly for first and second time buyers UK wide. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their Lancashire division to work across on new build developments.
The Role
As a Trainee Sales Advisor you will be the key customer contact responsible for the onsite sales complex and dealing with all sales enquiries through to legal completion. You will work alongside an experienced Sales Executive and train up to become a fully qualified Sales Executive running your own developments.
Trainee Sales Advisor duties will include:
- Assist customers in understanding the available properties and developments
- Participate in property viewings, showcasing the benefits and features of new homes
- Take part in the demonstration of finishing touches to customers to enable them to design their perfect home
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
- Build relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service at every step
- Learn about the sales process and progress towards becoming a fully-fledged New Homes Sales Advisor
Trainee Sales Executive Requirements:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for property and sales
- Drive and determination to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environment
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)

- Must be able to work Thursday - Monday
- Flexible to work Weekends, Bank Holidays during key selling times and events
- Proven sales skills evidenced by meeting sales targets in previous position
