Summary
The Role
Working as part of the apprenticeship team you will work closely with the different sectors to manage the apprenticeship journey from onboarding until end point assessment and completion. The role will involve enrolment of the learner onto programme and working with the sector relevant assessors and employers to create an individualised training plan, which meets the needs and ambitions of the apprentice and enables them to achieve end point assessment and be successful in their chosen career.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and organised individual with the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets.
Ideally, you'll have experience of managing employer relations and of working within a further education or training environment, particularly in the apprenticeship provision. However, we welcome applicants without prior experience who possess relevant and transferable skills.
With excellent excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population.
