Pay: £14.00 (£12.21 plus £1.79 bonus)
Shift & Schedule: 12 hour shifts, Day and Night Shifts, Weekend availability
The role is based at our Head Office in St Albans and requires individuals to be within a 30-minute travel time to our offices.

Candidates must have at least two years of Control Room experience and hold a valid SIA licence. The role involves operating and monitoring CCTV, performing access control duties, booking guards on and off shifts, responding to incidents, and maintaining communication and records.
Responsibilities: Includes emergency coordination, report generation, liaising with local businesses and guards, and managing alarm activations.
