Following strategic investment in their delivery team, they are entering an exciting phase of growth, offering a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to join their expanding workforce.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Projects range in value from £30,000 to £150,000 and typically last between 2 days and 4 weeks. This role combines both hands-on work and site supervision, depending on the project size and scope.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple fit-out/refurbishment projects simultaneously
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
• Manage site operations including logistics, subcontractors, and health & safety compliance
• Be directly involved in on-site works when needed
• Communicate effectively with the pre-construction team and clients
• Provide regular progress updates and proactively resolve any on-site issues
• Navigate challenges in city centre and shopping centre environments
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in fast-track fit-out/refurbishment, preferably in fast food or retail
• Joinery background highly desirable
• Able to manage both small teams and larger crews depending on project scope
• Willing to travel and stay away during projects (rotation: 12 days on / 2 days off)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
Working Hours & Rotation
• Shift Pattern: 12 days on / 2 days off
• Daily Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Travel, accommodation, and mileage costs are fully covered
