Summary
An East London based Local Authority is looking for a Team Manager to manage a team withing their Children's Assessment service. As the Team Manager, you will be managing the team and overseeing the short term assessments, working with section 47 enquiries and working alongside the triage/MASH teams. This role is a full-time, permanent position.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:
- Provide support and supervisor to all staff
- Providing a range of performance management and quality assurance
- Ensure assessments and services are completed to the highest standards
- Conduct Annual Appraisals
