Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Officer to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting the planning, execution, and successful completion of various projects across our organization. The Project Officer will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget, contributing directly to the strategic goals of A Plus Dynamics Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist Project Managers in the development of detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, risk registers, issue logs, and change requests, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential deviations from the plan, and report on project status to relevant stakeholders.

· Support the management of project risks and issues, escalating concerns to Project Managers as necessary and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, internal departments, and external partners.

· Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external audiences.

· Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, standards, and governance processes.

· Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making.

· Provide general administrative support to the project team as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience in a project support, project administration, or similar role.

· Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile or other) is highly desirable.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.

· Problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

· Educated to HND/SVQ4 level in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience.
