Overview We are seeking skilled and reliable Duct Fitters and Duct Fitter Mates to join our team for an exciting project in Central London. Responsibilities As a Duct Fitter, your responsibilities will include:

- Installing, assembling, and maintaining ductwork systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety.
- Collaborating with team members and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.

As a Duct Fitter Mate, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Duct Fitter in the installation and assembly of ductwork systems.
- Preparing materials, tools, and equipment for daily tasks.
- Ensuring the work area is clean and organized.
- Supporting the team in maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Qualifications To be considered for these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:

For Duct Fitters:

- Proven experience in duct fitting or a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong knowledge of ductwork installation techniques and safety protocols.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in ductwork or HVAC systems (preferred).

For Duct Fitter Mates:

- Previous experience in a construction or mechanical role (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to learn and support the team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

General Requirements:

- Valid CSCS card.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability.

Day-to-Day

- Arrive on-site promptly and ready to work.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and colleagues.
