Are you a Qualified Nursing Associate looking to join an innovative time and drive compassionate patient-centred care?
We are looking for an established or new Qualified Nursing Associate to joinKingfisher Ward, which is a 5 bedded psychiatric intensive care unit which provides safe, effective, recovery focused care in partnership with service users, families and carers to support the service users recovery journey
You will be supported within a multidisciplinary team consisting of occupational therapists, psychiatrists, physiotherapists, activity workers and assistant practitioners.
We provide a range of training and educational opportunities, clinical supervision and peer group support.
Maintain a professional portfolio, identifying role and skill developments in line with the NMC Code of professional practice.
Keep up to date with current national developments in nursing practice and policy.
Ensure NMC revalidation requirements are met.
To contribute to Trust wide/departmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
Maintain a professional appearance in line with the Trust dress code.
Uphold the Trust’s values and behaviours and behave in a manner fitting with the responsible position of the post holder, maintaining public confidence and the Trusts reputation for delivering excellent care.
Maintain professional working relationships with staff and respect the equality and diversity of each and every person he/she comes into contact with in the course of his/her business.
