Summary
Bring your sharp clerical skills to the team and help deliver exceptional service.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) as an Administrator on a fixed term basis. Working as part of the Governance team, you will provide vital administrative support delivering a first-class service using your exceptional IT, communication and organisational skills.
You’ll be
• Creating and maintaining digital and paper filing systems to hold key data.
• Managing enquiries and correspondence, preparing letters and reports with accuracy.
• Arranging meetings and producing typed statements and minutes.
You must be
• Proficient in text production, word processing, Excel and audio transcription.
• Competent using databases to input and retrieve data.
• Experience in confidential secretarial and administrative support.
