Salary SCP 9 £26,409
Annual Leave 29 days per year and Public/Bank holidays pro-rata,
Includes 3 fixed closed holidays at the end of December.

Contract: Permanent (24 months fixed term initially with potential to extend if further funding granted)
The main objectives:
The Administrator supports the smooth running of the Money Advice Centre by collaboratively working with other admin paid staff and admin volunteers, as well as providing administrative and reporting services to the advice teams. The post will also work closely with Team Supervisors in order to ensure the smooth running of our services. The post requires intermediate Microsoft Office/cloud I.T. skills and an aptitude for working collaboratively. A command of excel is desirable.

Reception Duties
To support the effective operation of services by providing administrative support to various teams, including, word processing, photo-copying, scanning, filing, archiving, replenishing stationery, paying, expenses, dealing with post and ensuring office equipment is maintained, including dealing with external enquiries, maintaining manual and computerised records and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. You will also support clients as the first point of contact, helping take their essential details, complete necessary paperwork and handling initial enquiries.
Specific Responsibilities
• To take part in the administrative rota, and work collaboratively with other administrators on a pro-rata basis, so that all staff are clear who is on admin duty and when
• Take minutes at team and staff team meetings
• Take part in keeping up to date the volunteer data base and lead on the administration of volunteer recruitment and inductions.
• Draft, format and print relevant documents
• Manage client enquiries over the telephone, face to face and any correspondence sent to us via email or post.
• Data Input of client information onto the system ensuring compliance within house policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the effective running of Key processes to ensure that support for clients is timely and effective based on the recommendations of the Money Buddy and Debt advice team
• Ensure reception areas are clean and tidy, and coordinate room bookings on behalf of the advice team
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Handle expenses claims and petty cash
• Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
• Maintain filing systems, and photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents as needed
• Take care of website functions and social media profiles when required
• To co-ordinate information and data management in relation to client feedback on behalf of the advice team
• To carry out any other tasks that may be within the scope of the post to ensure the effective delivery and development of the service.
