We are currently seeking a forward thinking, dynamic, motivated individual to work within Barts Health Trust based in the Cardiac Department at The Barts Heart Centre. The successful candidate will contribute to service provision with basic non-invasive cardiac investigations. There may be some cross-site cover at other hospitals in the trust.

Applicants would ideally have experience in basic non-invasive cardiology including patch ECG technology registrations, ECGs, ambulatory ECG and ambulatory BP monitor fitting, among others however an applicant with a keen desire and ability to learn these skills could also fill the post. We have a supportive environment for training and development. You will be expected to demonstrate maturity and experience consistent with this grade and position, however, further training will be provided if necessary.

As part of the recruitment process for this post, candidates will be required to complete an online literacy and numeracy test and only if they pass this, will they be invited to a formal interview

To perform non-invasive cardiac diagnostic examinations. To provide support to senior staff members across the Trust and help deliver a smooth-running service.The post holder will be required to perform foundation level tasks unsupervised and to assist senior staff as required. In addition the post holder may be required to supervise more junior students and to give support to senior staff members. There maybe some cross-site cover at other hospitals in the trust.
