Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Embryologist to join our friendly team here at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital in the City of London. Where we treat both NHS and self-funded patients from our local community and further afield.
The Embryology Team is compromised of eleven HCPC registered clinical scientists, two who are working towards their registration, and one trainee.
Barts Health Centre for Reproductive Medicine is an Health Educastion England (HEE) accredited training centre and currently have several trainees enrolled in the Scientist Training Programme (STP) in Reproductive Science.
There is also the opportunity to become involved in research projects such as; Bart’s Charity funded Time Lapse Imaging Trial (TILT).
Applicants must enjoy working within a multi-disciplinary team, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a strong team players, able to work independently and have good attention to detail, in order to deliver a high quality laboratory service to our patients.

You will also be given the opportunity to apply for the STP in Reproductive Science.
We would like to hear from you if you have recently completed the STP programme, and are either HCPC registered, or working towards it.
• To participate in providing the laboratory skills essential for the efficient provision of fertility treatments within the Centre for Reproductive Medicine.
• To comply with the requirements of the Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority as stated in the HFEA Code of Practice.
