Havant Borough Council is looking for a resourceful and motivated individual to join us as an Information Governance Apprentice.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn new skills through practical experience while being supported to study for a
professional qualification in data protection, freedom of information, and information management via Act Now Training
[https://www.actnow.org.uk/apprenticeship].



You will work alongside the Corporate Compliance Manager & DPO and Information Governance Officer to support the council’s
compliance with access to information and data protection legislation. You will use your organisation and time management skills
to work with different teams across the organisation to ensure that information requests are answered fully and promptly as well
as supporting internal teams to manage their information safely.



This apprenticeship will provide you with a strong foundation for a rewarding career in the fast-changing field of Information
Governance.
