We’re Hiring: MIG Welders – Deeside

As we continue our journey of growth and expansion to serve this new era of nuclear, Boccard UK is looking for talented Welders to join our team at our fully digitalised manufacturing site in Deeside, near Chester.

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform MIG welds on carbon steel supports for Hinkley Point Nuclear Power Station
Work at each stage of manufacturing and construction
Collaborate with a diverse team of welders, fabricators, and operators
Ensure all work meets strict quality standards, including visual and NDT inspections
Follow safe working practices in a clean, digitalised facility

What You’ll Bring
Recognised welding qualifications (e.g. ECITB, CITB, NASEC, or Level 3 Diplomas)
Coded MIG welding experience in a highly regulated industry
Computer literacy and strong communication skills
A quality-first mindset and high personal standards
Organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For
Welders eligible to work in the UK
Willingness to complete BPSS screening and hold a Safety Passport (e.g. CSCS/CCSNG)
All new welders will complete codings during their 6-month probation.

Hours: Mon–Thurs 07:30–15:30 | Fri 07:30–12:30
