Duties include but not restricted to: Coding clinical letters on patient records into the clinical system. selecting the correct member of the practice team to send on any letters that require additional actions. Coding radiology reports and completing any actions required. Daily checking of Medicines management. 111 and OOH reports. build up a general knowledge of the referral system. Manage monthly recall systems.
