Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role where you can truly make a difference? We're looking for a passionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join a dedicated and compassionate team in Crewe, helping to shape the future of person-centred care.
About the Role:
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll be a key leader within the home — bringing clinical excellence, empathy, and motivation to everything you do. Your responsibilities will include:
• Championing high-quality, person-led care and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all residents
• Mentoring and leading a talented clinical and care team to exceed quality standards
• Supporting the Home Manager with day-to-day operations, audits, compliance, and resource planning
• Creating a positive, supportive culture for staff, residents, and families alike
✅ What We're Looking For:
• A valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
• Strong clinical expertise and up-to-date knowledge of care practices
• Proven leadership experience — whether you’re a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, or existing Deputy
• A true passion for delivering person-centred care and nurturing others to do the same
