Summary
About the role of Site Manager
You'll be working with a 5-star award-winning house builder, overseeing a brand-new site of traditional, open market units located near Nantwich. This company have a strong pipeline of work, a low staff turnover and are strong believers of progression from within.
Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on new build housing sites.
- Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
- Coordination and progress meetings.
Requirements for Site Manager
- A proven track record of delivery as a Site Manager to NHBC and LABC standard.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working on traditional, new build housing schemes.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
