- Up to £30,000 salary
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm + 1in3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm
Our client is looking for a Warranty Triage Handler to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a UK leading insurance and warranty product supplier.
The role of the Warranty Triage Handler:
- You will qualify claims under supervision to ensure accurate and speedy claims resolution.
- Guide claimants through relevant claims process and offering advice regarding suitable repairers
- Resolve claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, email and online
- Understanding our various customers’ requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt with
- Maintain company service levels
- Provide support to the Sales team by providing accurate and timely information
- Provide professional and friendly service
- Produce reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries on request Arrange vehicle assessments
The ideal candidate for this Warranty Triage Handler role will:
- Have an ability to understand the basic workings of modern vehicles
- Have a high level of literacy and numeracy
- Have good communication skills
Having a background of insurance product administration and claim resolution would be an advantage but not essential.
