We are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer, to join our Westminster Gas, based from our Westminster office, W9 2AR
About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.
Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procedures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.
Key attributes to this role are as follows:
- Social Housing background.
- Service delivery experience in resident engagement, customer feedback and complaints management.
- Passionate about service delivery, employee and resident engagement.
- Can do attitude and attributes perfected to deliver first time fix solutions.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with in a team to support operational delivery communicating with the resident on their requirements, delivery requirements and finding a solution.
- Must be able to drive.
- No hybrid working, must be able to work from main office located at Maida Vale.
- Good level of written English e.g. ability to communicate with client, workers and suppliers.
- Good computer skills including PDA usage.
- Good project management skills.
- Good communication skills e.g. ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
About You
Candidates will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment, working as a Liaison Officer, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Well organised, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels and will be IT literate.
