Crynodeb
The successful applicant will provide high quality clinical care to children and adolescents until their 18th The post-holder will be expected to promote a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approach to delivery of person-centred care. The post-holder will be based at Eaglestone Health Centre. The post-holder will have access to office space, including personal computer equipment, on call mobile phone and access to mobile working. There is shared secretarial support for this post. The split of programmed activities will be 8 direct clinical care and 2 supporting professional activities. The post-holder will be expected to participate in the Out of Hours on call rota alongside other Consultant and Specialty Doctor colleagues. The on-call frequency is 1:6 (4% on call supplement) and is second on call to the Liaison and Intensive Support Team (LIST) Offer of attendance to management courses organised within CNWL which include financial and leadership training Attendance to the Oxford MRCPsych courses for those who intend to sit the RCPsych examinations One to one supervision with a Consultant Participation in local CPD activitie
