Crynodeb
his is an exciting opportunity to join our business development team as an Assessment Coordinator in delivering a bespoke high-quality assessment and onboarding process to our clients. We are seeking an open-minded, proactive and solution focused individual(s) to join a growing team within our Organisation. The Business Development team will be busy with a high number of referrals from different local authorities, integrated care boards, and private clients that we will need to assess. We also work closely with discharge teams in setting up quick discharge to assess placements which will need a quicker turnaround. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be an individual who can thrive in group settings and can work independently as well. The successful candidate will play an integral role in collating key documents to inform the support guidelines to be put in place for keeping the people we support safe. This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period.
