We're looking for a Design Manager to join our Building Solutions South team based in London/South.



Location: London/South Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a Design Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions South team, supporting them in managing and delivering design solutions from early project stages through to completion.

Your day to day will include:

-Managing the design process and ensuring timely delivery of drawings and documentation

-Liaising with clients and leading design meetings

-Ensuring compliance with health and safety and sustainability standards

-Overseeing design risk management and documentation

-Supporting project teams with design-related issues



What are we looking for?

This role of Design Manager is great for you if:

-You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams

-You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership

-You have previous experience managing design on projects up to £20m
