We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building Solutions South team based in London/South.



Location: London/South Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired

What will you be responsible for?

As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions South team, supporting them in leading preconstruction activities and ensuring successful project mobilisation.

Your day to day will include:

-Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover

-Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy

-Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships

-Identifying and mitigating project risks

-Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team



What are we looking for?

This role of Preconstruction Manager is great for you if:

-You have excellent communication and leadership skills

-You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership

-You have experience managing preconstruction on projects up to £20m
