We have a great opportunity for a Construction Manager working with a major fit-out contractor in the heart of London
About the role of Construction Manager
We are looking for a construction manager with a strong commercial refurb / fit out background to work on fit out in the heart of London. As the construction manager you will be reporting to a site-based Project Manager working together to deliver this major fit out.
The project is a conversion of an existing office block into new office spaces, break out area and boardrooms from an empty shell, the project will also consist of works to the roof incorporating a new roof terrace.
Requirements for the Construction Manager
- Have commercial refurb / fit out experience
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
- Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
- Understanding of programs and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS is required.
