About the Role:We are seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to join a thriving secondary school in Wakefield from September 2025. Key Requirements:- Eligibility to work in the UK

- Ensuring students remain on task during lessons

- Reporting any behavioural or academic concerns to senior staff
- Supervising students during lesson transitions
- Providing brief feedback to teachers after lessons
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students
- Following safeguarding protocols and referring concerns appropriately
- Establishing positive relationships with students and staff
