Each county has its own dedicated Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), the service has been commissioned to improve the immediate medical response and aftercare offered to victims of sexual assault and rape. Mountain Healthcare are a specialist business already providing similar services to 20 other SARCs in locations across the UK. For this role, you will work as part of a team of Crisis Workers on a zero-hours contract who will help cover the service (predominantly) out of office hours, including nights and weekends. Location: The Grange SARC, Stoke on Trent Additional Locations: Staffordshire Salary : The payment rates for this role are a shift retainer of £30.56 Monday - Friday and £40.24 Saturday - Sunday,plus additional attendance payment of £15.85 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours per case. Rota Patterns : 9am-5pm, 5pm-1am and 1am-9am, you will also be able to cover days, nights, and weekends.
