Summary
Job Title: CPI Trained Support Worker
Location: Stoke On Trent
Rate: £12.30 – £12.60 per hour
Hours: Flexible shifts available (Days, Nights & Sleeps)
Social Care & Education are looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our expanding team in Hinckley and wider Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs, offering support in both residential and community settings.
You must have CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training for this role
The Role:
• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
• Providing personal care and emotional support.
• Assisting with daily living tasks – from cooking and cleaning to managing finances.
• Promoting community engagement through activities and outings.
• Maintaining accurate records and following support plans.
• Contributing to a safe and supportive environment.
What we’re looking for:
• CPI certified (essential).
• UK based experience supporting adults in a similar role.
• Compassionate, resilient and a strong team player.
• Confident communicator.
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
