T T The Post holder, working within Sussex Community Foundation Trust (SCFT) acts as a specialist resource for other Health Visitors and BHCFS staff with regard to the heath and cultural needs of all BME families, providing expert knowledge advice and information for others developing and delivering training sessions and works with others on service developments. The post holder has the responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and public health developments, working with traveller families on sites and whilst being housed. d The post holder has the continuing responsibility for the management of a defined community caseload, team members and resources. There will be liaison with other agencies, supervision, deployment and teaching of other staff and/or students. Leads designated team members by supporting continuing development and offering supervision, according to the Trusts supervision strategy. Actively supervises, guides, mentors and supports the integrated team members to ensure that the delegated aspects of the care plan are delivered following evidence based practice and up to date guidelines. Actively engages in the recruitment and selection of team members with support as appropriate from the Service Manager and manages the induction and orientation programmes for new staff.
