Crynodeb
Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Bulk Operative to provide high standards of external cleanliness across various sites. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Harlesden. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.
Hours for this position will be 8AM to 4PM Monday to Friday. This is an ongoing temporary to permanent assignment.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Gritting, salt spreading and snow clearing when required
- Collection of bulk waste and loading it onto the van
- Ensuring that all visited locations are left in a clean and tidy state
- Maintenance of records relating to tasks performed, materials and equipment
Key requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.
